General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, specific wagering requirements must be met (typically 10x–30x).
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Bonuses must be used within their validity period; any unused bonus will expire after the deadline.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

Bengali Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be investigated.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Bengali Bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Placing bets using insider information before an event starts is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Bengali Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by Bengali Bet.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

In the following situations, Bengali Bet may void a bet and refund the original stake: if an event is cancelled or postponed, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, or if match-fixing is proven.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bengali Bet platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing funds from illegal or unidentified sources (money laundering).
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.
• Bonus abuse or the use of arbitrage betting strategies.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members on the platform.

Bengali Bet believes in a responsible betting culture. Betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We offer members the following tools:

• Take a temporary account break (cooling-off period).
• Applying for permanent self-exclusion.
